As it was informed, on 09.01.17-10.01.17 for the purpose of provision information about the last achievements to local specialists in the field of medical science in the Azerbaijan State Advanced Training Institute for Doctors named after A. Aliyev with assistance of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Azerbaijan Republic and participation of staff of the First Moscow State Medical University the international trainings days on the subject "New Technologies in Surgery" were held. 09.01.2017 was the first day of the event. After greeting participants of the international days of trainings and informing about new technologies in surgery, the rector of institute professor N. A. Gasymov told about achievements of the Russian Academy of Sciences staff under the leadership of professor A. F. Chernousov. Professor N. A. Gasymov also told about cooperation of the surgical diseases department of the Azerbaijan State Advanced Training Institute for Doctors named after A. Aliyev with the staff of the First Moscow State Medical University and added that these relations will proceed both in scientific and in the practical area.
    Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences A. F. Chernousov also claimed importance of cooperation with department of surgical illnesses of ASATID named after A. Aliyev and expressed sureness in expansion of future relations and in positive results in development of medicine in both of these countries. Further day of the international trainings proceeded subjects of professor A. F. Chernousov "Problems of surgical treatment of a reflux esophagitis", professor T. V. Horobrykhin "Urgent problems of surgical treatment of a peptic ulcer" and professor Q. H. Musayev "Benign diseases of a liver: invasive interventions or observation?".
    Besides the students and residents studying in the institute, surgeons from various medical institutions participated in this lecture. Lectures were listened attentively and widely discussed.
